saved to all push subscriptions via new /api/subscriptions/thresholds

Canvas compass with N/S/E/W ticks and wind arrow in the Wind section.
Atmosphere, Wind, and Precipitation+Solar sections with Barlow Condensed data
tiles. Full light/dark theme support.
