Details 
The Reader's player follows the translation on screen: ESV plays its own
recording via a server route that resolves the ESV API's audio redirect;
other translations keep the BSB narrators.

Build and Push Docker Image / build-and-push (push) Failing after 20s
Details 
New reading surface with paper/sepia/dark themes, slim top and bottom bars,
and sheets for navigation, search, settings, audio and per-verse study tools.
Plan progress is built into the reader. Page-flip mode removed. ESV added via
the server-side proxy (ESV_API_KEY).

Reader and Reading Plans get a translation picker. Licensed translations are
fetched through a server-side api.bible proxy so the key stays off the client.
