Family board: per-person chore columns, touch scrolling in every box, no list caps

- Chores box spans the width with a column per person (fits five or more)
- Each box and each person's chore column scrolls by touch on its own, with no scroll bars
- Shopping, tasks and shared notes show everything (they scroll)
- Card width no longer capped by the app's shared card style
