Standardize page content widths to 900px; v2.0.33

- Add missing .page-inner CSS (finished series page was stretching full width)
- Fix .site-search-bar-inner: 860px → 900px
- Remove redundant max-width from .section-share-inner (inherits 900px from .section-inner)
