Fix scripture verse popup clipped by overflow:hidden parents; v1.2.2

Switch from position:absolute (relative to trigger) to position:fixed
with getBoundingClientRect() so the popup escapes any overflow:hidden
ancestor. Also closes on scroll and window resize.
